All I've Got

All I've Got was written and produced by Olive Events' President, Richard Rached. And, he had the opportunity to join the athletes at a Salt Lake City-based studio during the recording sessions. (See session photos and listen to a small clip)

While All I've Got is a tribute to the athletes' tenacity and talent, it's also intended to inspire and benefit the American people. OE is proud to use the song as a vehicle to give back to the United States: In keeping with OE's philosophy of uniting music and community, a portion of the proceeds raised though "All I've Got" will be donated to a Olympic Aid (www.olympicaid.org), a non-profit organization dedicated to helping disadvantaged children participate in sports. The charity was selected by the athletes performing on the CD as a worthwhile organization.

Finally, this is not the first time Olive Events has put Olympic athletes in front of a microphone to raise spirits, awareness, and funds. You may remember Shine, an internationally released single heard during the 2000 Sydney Games. It, too, was an OE production and a portion of the proceeds raised from the project benefited the non-profit organization, Youth Sports.
